Amina Health
It's amazing what can be learned from a drop of blood. Amina Health set out to empower patients to monitor their nutrient levels with a simple at-home blood test. The system consists of two parts: a sample collector and a reader.
I was tasked with creating a straightforward design language for both the collector and reader. For the collector, we wanted an object that was ergonomic and exact. It had to be wielded easily with one hand in order to collect the sample from the other hand. The reader had to be streamlined and hygienic. It had to be able to display various information about test and results. The interaction between the two had to be foolproof and obvious.
This project was a collaboration with my great team at Bolt.
